History and Network

DHG Engineering GmbH was founded in 2012 by three electrical engineers from the Nuremberg Institute of Technology. It was established as a spin-off of the Energy Campus Nuremberg – an energy research center where companies collaborate to find solutions to the energy of tomorrow. DHG Engineering is still part of this network.

We also maintain a close relationship with the Nuremberg Institute of Technology. The university researches new technological concepts. Among other things, it focuses on electrical energy technology (drive technology and power electronics).

In addition, we are closely connected with the research center Nuremberg Campus of Technology (NCT) which works on the technological challenges and opportunities for cities of the future. As a member of the network PV-ZUM, we also develop innovative photovoltaic systems for the German and international market.

Our close network enables us to participate in the latest findings from science and research which we incorporate into our daily work. As our customer you also benefit from this advantage of knowledge as our solutions are always up to date.
